26 WORDS: DREAM

Good morning lovies!  It's starting to finally settle down around here.  For a few days or so. Basketball season is over for Miss Fay, which means week nights are freed up quite a bit. However family dinners will be one short yet again, super soon.

It is what is.  We will adjust.  We always do.

One of my absolute favorite saying goes a little something like this.  Dream BIG.  Yep, that's it. Dream BIG.

Dreams are a wish your heart makes.  Didn't the great Walt Disney say that?  Well I believe he knew exactly what he was talking about.

My kids are taught to always dream big.  The bigger the dream the bigger the goal. Goals are important in life.

I don't care if it's a day dream or a full on sleepy time REM dream. I believe that dreams are the key to a wonderful future.  Weather it be dreaming of a new home or dreaming of sitting on a front porch with my husband rocking right along side of me at 92, dreams are important. They give you something to look forward to, something to work for.

With out dreams your simply just floating along in life.  Yes I know I talked last time about contentment.  This is something totally different. I believe being content is equally important however dreaming of something bigger and better gives you goals in life.

I may sound like I'm contradicting myself however being content and having goals go hand in hand.

I'm a dreamer.

I will always be a dreamer.

I dream of wonderful futures for my kids.  I dream of growing old with my husband, kids and grand kids.  I dream of someday having success (yea, it's getting a little late) I know.  Right now I'm enjoying the life I dreamed of when I was younger. Being a mom who always has time for basketball games, conferences and welcoming my kids home as they walk through the door.

My dreams for my children are to grow into happy health adults, with happy healthy families.  To live the lives they have always dreamed of.  Molding them into dreamers who will always continue to dream bigger and bigger.

I  suggest you day dream. Trust me.  It's worth getting caught up in.  Even if it's just for a moment.

Note to self:  Never give up on your dreams.  Reach for the unreachable, and never ever give up! Turn your dreams into goals.

Until next time!!
